Precise 3D scanning, photorealistic documentation and drone inspection.

When planning a modification, documenting as-built conditions or establishing a reliable basis for supervision and operations, it is essential to understand the actual site conditions. We provide scanning and drone inspections that deliver data ready for use in projects and operations, and easy to share with stakeholders.

We use NavVis VLX 3 to capture high-quality LiDAR data quickly while moving, and can deliver both point clouds and photorealistic 3D maps (photogrammetry). For projects where a simple, shareable 3D experience is important, we also use Matterport.

We also use drones for aerial surveys and documentation with colour imagery (RGB) and thermography. This provides an efficient overview, particularly for large sites, roofs, technical installations and areas that are difficult to access.

Methods and equipment

NavVis VLX 3: fast 3D scanning of large, complex environments, indoors and outdoors.
NavVis IVION: a web platform for sharing scan data as a digital twin in the browser, with navigation, measurements, sharing and follow-up.
NavVis IVION Go: mobile access to the digital twin on site, allowing observations and follow-up to be linked to specific locations.
Matterport: shareable 3D views and virtual tours, well suited to documentation and communication.
Drones: RGB photography and video, thermography, and documentation of areas that are difficult to access.
